If you already have a connected Instagram account, you might see this error message when you try to connect an additional one:
The trick is to be logged into the desired Instagram account on your desktop when you try to connect it to PromoRepublic. In case you already have the account connected, you will need to switch your profile:
- Go to instagram.com on your desktop
- Go to your profile page
- Log out of your profile
- Switch the account to the desired one, and log into it
- Then connect this account to PromoRepublic on your desktop.
If you have 2 or more Instagram accounts connected, make sure that you are logged into the account on your Instagram mobile app while posting.
