With Notifications, it will be a lot easier to collaborate with team members, manage content creation and publishing process. You will be able to get notifications in PromoRepublic about events happening in your calendar.
How does it work?
Find the Notification icon in the top right corner near your profile picture. Once there is a new action taken in the workspace, you will see a white dot as pictured below.
Clicking the icon, notifications window will emerge to the right.
You'll be able to see the following types of notifications:
- New posts created in the calendar
Who receives this type of Notification? Workspace Admin and Workspace Member.
- Post was edited
Who receives this type of Notification? Post Author and Post Editor.
If you are interested in receiving notifications about a post being approved along with new, resolved and deleted comments to it, please consider our Agency Collaboration plan.
With Notifications, you can see the Name of the person who took an action as well as the corresponding name of Workspace and Page. Simply click on the Notification to get to the post immediately.
Once you open notifications window, all of them will be marked as read.
