In your PromoRepublic account settings, you can edit your email, avatar picture, phone number, and password.

The instructions given below may differ if you log into the platform through the single sign-on option (SSO).

Click on the top right corner with your profile picture or camera icon and move the cursor down to Settings.

Email Change

Click on the pencil icon to insert the new address and hit Save.

If you used Facebook to sign up, please follow this guide to switch to the email login option.

If you logged into our platform via SSO, you'd have to change the email of your original account. Feel free to message us in case you have questions.

Password Change

Click on the pencil icon to create a new password. Type in your current password since this field can't be left unfilled. Otherwise, the Save button won't be active.

If you don't remember it, then log out and click on Forgot Password.

Avatar Picture Change

When registering an account with PromoRepublic, you fill out your name and email address. Sometimes a picture is attached automatically upon logging in with Facebook. However, if you don't add any, eventually, no photo will be installed. 

Hit on the camera square to upload an image from your computer. The file must be assigned PNG or JPEG format of the 100x100 pixels minimum.

With a picture added, it will be easier for you to distinguish what mode is running: Unassigned Pages or a Workspace. For Enterprise, the Unassigned Pages mode might be deactivated at all.

Profile Name Change

It is possible to change your profile name after your initial sign-up. So don't worry if you made a typo, though editing can be done on our end. Reach out to us at [email protected] to submit your request.
