In this article you'll learn how to set up repeating posts. To be more accurate, you set one certain post to be repeated the way you need. This is a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature. Please note that the repeating option is disabled for Twitter. According to their updated Terms of Service, you can no longer post the same tweet to more than one account.

How does it work?

1. Once your post is ready, hit Schedule.

2. On the next step, activate the repetition by toggling the switch to Active. It will expand the window, allowing you to choose the parameters and rules for your post repetition: daily and weekly.

Regardless of what type you choose, there always will be a summary in the bottom to confirm the timetable.

For example, you want to repeat a post every 5 days. This means the post will be published automatically at a 4-day interval on the fifth day.

For example, if you pick Tuesdays and Fridays and you put no time limit, the post will be published automatically forever until you disconnect this page.

But you can decide on when recurring of the post stops. There are two types of expiration:

Prior to selecting either By date or By count keep in mind what repeating type you have on. 

If you prefer By date expiration, then you need to pick a specific day in the calendar.

​Example #1: Weekly repetition

On December 9, you click Weekly repetition on Tuesdays and Fridays to be expired on December 17.

It means it will be posted originally on December 9 and repeated every Tuesday and Friday, until December 19. In total it'll be posted 4 times. Check the summary at the bottom.

Example #2: Daily repetition

Repetition every 7 days and 'By date' expiration (December 24), the post will be published 3 times.

Example #1: Weekly repetition

On December 9, you pick Weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays) and expiration By count (6 times), which means the post will be published 7 times until December 31 (including the day you set the post to go).

Example #2: Daily repetition

If you click Daily repetition (every 5 days) and By count 6 times, the post will be published 7 times.

Suppose that you've scheduled a post to several social networks (with the repetition enabled) and you want to change something in the post, the edits will be applied for a post within a selected social page at the moment, so you need to put the same changes manually to the post for the rest of the selected pages that it has been scheduled to before.

The day you start the recurring is the first day in the chain, so it counts in the summary.

Deleting a repeating post will lead to deleting the whole chain of future posts after the day when you delete one. For example, a post is scheduled for Monday and Wednesday this week and next week. If you delete the post on Wednesday this week, it means that posts for Monday and Wednesday next week will be deleted.
