To make collaboration with your clients or teammates easier, we encourage you to suggest posts for approval. Note, that the feature is not included in some of our subscription plans.
When the post is ready, in the post editor modal at the right to the image find the toggle that says 'Propose this post for approval'. Activate the mode by moving the switcher to the right.
Then schedule the post for the necessary date and time. It will appear immediately in the calendar. The client will be able to approve the post or edit it before publishing.
As for editing the post, the client will be able to:
Change the time and date
Delete the image
Upload another one from the computer
Edit or delete the caption
Boost the post
Or remove it
Be sure that proposed posts for approval won’t be published without being approved. In case the post is not approved on time, the approve button changes to 'Publish Now'.
Clicking on the post will show the Edit button. The latter will open it in the post editor modal where the client will be able to do what is described above.
If the post isn't approved on time, the client will receive an email notification (see an example below).
