You can easily switch your timezone by following these steps:
Go to your page settings:
2. Switch your time zone:
3. Click Save button.
Currently there is no way you can switch your time format from GMT to CST/CDT/PST. No need to worry, all your posts are scheduled according to the time zone you've chosen, just as described above. In other words, if you schedule a post at 15.00, it will be posted at 3 pm your time.
