The report look-back period is a retrospective time period available in PromoRepublic's reports. This parameter calculates the metrics displayed in your reports.

Q: I have connected my Facebook page 2 years ago. Will reports for Audience performance and Content performance be available for the past 2 years?

--- A: No, you'll see the reports' data for a maximum of one year from the current date, both for Audience performance and Content performance.

Q: I connected my Facebook page 6 months ago. What will be the look-back period for my Facebook page report?

--- A: The Audience performance report will be available for the first year since the current datе. The Content performance overview would be available for 8 months. Since the Facebook page connection, we initially collected 2 months of data prior to the connection date, plus 6 months that your page has been connected to PomoRepublic.

3. I connected my Facebook page today. What will be the look-back period for my Facebook page report?

--- A: You will see reports with data no earlier than the next day after you connect your Facebook page. The data that will be available is 1 year of retrospective data for Audience performance and 2 months for Content performance metrics since the day the page was connected.
