Our platform is not available in mobile browsers, but instead, we have a robust mobile app for Android and iOS, which allows you to fully utilize its capabilities and gain a deeper understanding of your business.ย
In the app, you can find our 3-level folder Asset Manager by clicking on the icon in the top right corner. Here, you can see all the folders and subfolders with all on-brand assets on your mobile. By default, the the first first folder you see is ALL.
Next to the ALL folder to the right, there are the folders that were previously set in the Content Hub settings as Categories. If there is a sub-folder, you will see it this way.
How does the sorting work?
It works the same as on a desktop. By default, the assets in the Post Ideas are sorted by Date Published + Asset connection to the upcoming event. You can sort by:
Default
Usage count
Date published
To do that, click on the upper right corner, where you'll see the sorting options.
Filters are usually displayed in the top bar of the Post Ideas overview. You can apply multiple filters at the same time.
To clear all filters, go to filters and click the Clear All button. If no assets are found, you will get an option to check All files section or Clear filters.
How can I use the asset?
There are two ways how you can do it:
either start from scratch by clicking on the New Post button at the bottom and then selecting 'Media from Asset Manager'
or click on the desired image in the Asset Manager and then tap Edit and Publish
Before doing that make sure that you are in the necessary location (aka workspace). If not, feel free to switch to the necessary one. Also, it is essential to connect at least one social page to which you want to post.
The process of further posting on Android and iOS is described in separate articles.
