Introduction

Discover how to grow your locations and improve their marketing and customer experience (CX) using our comprehensive insights from Copilot. Access your Power BI dashboard and visualize data from over 150 channels and 300 data points across all locations with a single scalable solution.

How can this help?

A key feature is the Leaderboard for Location Performance with Local Visibility Scores, which provides franchises with a quantitative local visibility score based on selected marketing channels. With the Location Leaderboard, you can perform better tracking and analysis:

  • Monitor performance shifts, track search rankings, social interactions, and review scores.

  • Compare progress by evaluating progress between locations across platforms, brands, and regions.

  • Understand customer sentiments by performing comprehensive semantic analysis.

  • Segment data by country, brand, area, and custom tags. Use public segments for teamwork or private ones for personal insights. Identify top, average, and bottom performers.

Scoring Configuration

Below is a list of data based on which the score counting is based.

πŸ‘‰ Industry and country-specific benchmarks;

πŸ‘‰ HQ local scoring is excluded, focusing on customer-facing locations.

πŸ‘‰ Products Utilized: Setup depends on subscribed products β€” social, reviews, search, or any combination.

πŸ‘‰ Social Media Channels: Select crucial social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) influencing the visibility score.

πŸ‘‰ Channel Selection: Tailor visibility scores to reflect actively engaged social media channels.

πŸ‘‰ Exclusion of Channels: Exclude non-central channels (e.g., TikTok) to prevent skewed results, with the option to integrate them for testing.

πŸ‘‰ Review Platforms: Select specific review platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Reviews) relevant to each location.

πŸ‘‰ Search Engines: Determine and include the most-used search engines (e.g., Google Organic, Mobile, Maps, Maps Mobile) in the scoring.
