PromoRepublic offers a powerful AI Composer integrated into the Review Management feature, enabling users to create quick and effective responses to customer reviews.

With advanced AI technology, transforming responses into engaging and personalized messages becomes effortless, allowing individuals and businesses to enhance their customer interactions swiftly.

How does it help?

Efficient Review Response

AI analyzes the tone, language, and context of reviews, providing users with personalized and appropriate response suggestions. This saves valuable time and resources. It ensures prompt and effective customer engagement, leading to improved customer satisfaction.

Personalized Replies

The Reply Editor's AI-powered "Rewrite" feature allows you to add variety and personalization to their responses. Using AI, users can create unique and engaging replies that resonate with their customers, fostering stronger connections and interactions.

Professional Language

AI technology assists you in maintaining consistent and professional language across your responses. With AI's guidance, users can ensure that their communication remains polished and appropriate, enhancing their brand image and reputation.

Using AI Composer

  • Log in to the PromoRepublic platform and navigate to the Reputation Manager section.

  • Locate the specific review that you want to respond to and click on the Reply button associated with that review.

  • In the Reply Editor, click on the "Magic Wand" icon to activate the AI Composer, which will assist in generating the review response.

  • At this stage, you will need to customize your response by selecting the tone of voice, length of the message, and any add-ons.

    • Tone: From the dropdown options, select the desired tone for the response, such as Sad, Happy, Professional, or Excited.

    • Length: From the dropdown, select the preferred length of the response, including options like Long (3,000 characters), Medium (1,500 characters), or Short (280 characters).

    • Enhancements: Select additional elements, such as Hashtag, Emoji, or Questions.

  • In the Prompt text input field, type a prompt that describes the text you want the AI to generate. For example, "Thank you for your feedback on our summer sale."

  • Click the Generate button, and the AI will prepare a message based on the parameters you've selected previously.

  • Carefully review the suggestion given and make any necessary adjustments to align with your brand voice and messaging.

  • Once you are satisfied, send the response directly to the review. Here is a short video that demonstrates the steps above.

    🛎️ Note that the AI will use information such as the star rating, sentiment of the review, social network, review text, user name, and page name to craft a more personalized and relevant response.

Creating Saved Replies

In addition to using AI to reply to the reviews in a customized way, you can also save some replies for future use or create some templates. Follow the guide below to create a saved reply.

  1. Open one of your previous conversations and select the Reply option.

  2. Click the 💬 icon and choose "Create new" from the menu.

  3. To compose a message, you need to create the name and the text and select a location for which it should be available.

    • Type or paste the desired text for your reply into the editor. Provide relevant details and specify the topic to assist the AI engine in constructing the message.

    • You can either provide a straightforward statement or utilize the Six Ws (who, what, when, where, why, and how) to provide context.

  4. To enhance your message using PromoRepublic's AI Editor, click on the "Magic Wand" button. This will activate AI technology.

  5. Click "Generate" and let the AI Composer analyze your text. Based on your original text, it will suggest improvements or generate new content.

  6. Carefully review the suggestions given and make any necessary adjustments. Once you're satisfied with the message, click the Save button.

  7. Your reply is now saved and can be quickly used for future responses, saving you time and ensuring consistency in your communication.

Note:

  • You are responsible for utilizing or modifying AI-generated content, ensuring it aligns with your requirements and standards.

  • Currently, the AI feature supports the English language exclusively.

  • To maximize effectiveness, prompts should be under 1,500 characters in length.

  • During the rewriting process, hashtags and emojis can be added or removed from the original text. The AI may suggest adjustments to enhance the engagement and impact of the rewritten content.
