How to see content performance per social channel?

How does this work?

  • Our updated Analytics introduces aggregated reporting, which helps you understand your brand's content engagement across different channels.

  • To see the content insights for a particular social platform, click on its name on the left and tap the Content tab.

  • This will narrow down the content data to all accounts of the selected social platform in all locations where you participate.

  • The maximum look-back period is 2 years. Therefore, you can't export analytics for a period older than 2 years.

  • Before exploring the numbers, click on the top right to select the time period you'd like to analyze.

What can you see in this report?

At the top of the report, you will see four accumulated metrics: Total Published, Published Through The Platform, Post Engagement, and Post Impressions.

OVERVIEW

Total Published

A total number of posts published across all accounts of the selected social media platform linked to your locations during the selected period. It includes posts published directly on the social media platform and through this marketing platform. Additionally, it shows numbers for the previous period and the change.

Published Through The Platform

A number of posts published across all accounts of the selected social media platform linked to your locations during the selected period, using this marketing platform only. This includes numbers for the previous period and the change.

Post Engagement

A total number of times your individual posts were displayed on users' screens, regardless of whether they were clicked or not, across all accounts of the selected social platform connected to your locations during the selected period.

Post Impressions

A total number of times individual posts were displayed on users' screens, regardless of whether they were clicked or not, across all accounts of the selected social media platform connected to your locations during the selected period. This includes numbers for the previous period and changes.

Publishing Behaviour

In this section, you can find out the total number of times your content was shared by users to their own profiles or to others, amplifying its reach across all social media accounts connected to your locations during the selected period.

Total count of text-based posts (without accompanying images, videos, or links) published during the selected period across all selected locations with pages of the selected social media platform. Metrics are aggregated and presented as a combined total.

Photos

Total count of images or photos published during the selected period across all selected locations with pages of the selected social media platform. Metrics are aggregated and presented as a combined total.

Links

A total number of clickable links shared during the selected period across all selected locations with pages of the selected social media platform. Metrics are aggregated and presented as a combined total.

Videos

Total count of video content pieces or clips published during the selected period across all selected locations with pages of the selected social media platform. Metrics are aggregated and presented as a combined total.

Top-Performing Content

This section shows the best-performing posts published during the selected period, evaluating their effectiveness using the following metrics:

  • Date

  • Labels

  • Impressions

  • Engagement

  • Engagement per impression rate

  • Reactions

  • Comments

You can select either individual or suggested posts.
