Introduction

When running campaigns, you try to understand whether they performed well and whether the content you are creating actually works, bringing engagement, impressions, and engagement per impression rate. On our platform, we give you the option to export the content data for the posts that were published through PromoRepublic and directly on social media.

A campaign is an effort that the marketing team makes in order to bring more leads, sales, and traffic, depending on the campaign goal.

How do you export content analytics from PromoRepublic? It is pretty easy! You can download content performance data with a post-by-post breakdown, considering the selected filters and date range. The export will be in CSV format and sent to your email. Follow the step-by-step guide below.

Steps to Export Data

  1. Navigate to Analytics at the top left in your PromoRepublic dashboard.

  2. Apply the necessary filters and choose the desired date range for your report.

  3. Go to the Content section, scroll down to Top Performing Content, and hit Export.

  4. A prompt will appear asking you to enter the email address where you want to receive the data.

  5. The data will be sent to the entered email address in CSV format.

Important Notes on Exported Data

👉 Data Breakdown

  • The data includes a breakdown by post and performance per metric for the selected period.

  • Historical data is available based on parsed posts from the page, but only up to a maximum of 2 years due to social network parsing limits.

  • You might receive partial data if the page token was disconnected or is such now.

  • PromoRepublic pulls in posts' statistics for 14 days after the post was published.

👉 Empty Cells and n/a Fields

  • Empty cells in the export indicate that no data was pulled in for the selected period.

  • N/A signifies that analytics are unavailable for the social network's page.

👉 Export via Content Hub settings vs new flow

  • Inclusive Data

    • In the CH settings, you could export only posts made through our platform

    • Now the export includes those created directly on social platforms, through PromoRepublic, or other third parties.

  • Boosting Data

    • Now you will see detailed boosting data for posts boosted via PromoRepublic.

  • Post Source Identification

    • Now different posts are easily identified: whether a post was created via PromoRepublic, an approved suggested post, or a repeated post.

  • Enhanced Post Tracking

    • Easily access post IDs to merge approved or repeated posts and track general performance.
