Overview

This feature allows you to filter and display folders in the Graphics Editor by specific brands that your end-users can access. This ensures that they will only see the categories and assets relevant to their brand. This functionality is available for White Labels with Asset Manager and Content Hub products.

How can this help?

👉 Brand-specific visibility

Manage several brands under one platform and ensure the franchisees only see the assets relevant to them.

👉 Streamlined asset management

Users can easily find the assets they need, reducing clutter and confusion.

 👉 Improved organization

Categories in the Graphics Editor act as folders containing objects, making it easy to organize and manage assets.

Editing Categories to Assign Brands

🔴 Before you can assign brands to the Objects categories, first, you need to create the necessary brands in the Brands section in the Content Hub settings by clicking on the appropriate button.

Once you have added the necessary brands, you can assign them to Objects categories in the Content Hub settings as guided below.

  1. In the Content Hub settings, find Editor Library -> Categories.

  2. Click on the category to which you wish to assign a brand.

  3. In the category edit form, find the Brand field at the bottom. Start typing the brand name and select the needed brands.

  4. Finally, save changes by clicking on the Save button.

Visibility of Categories

The control of the visibility of categories in the Graphics Editor is based on the brands assigned:

✅ If no brand is selected, then the category is visible to all users.

✅ If some brand(s) is selected, the category is visible only to users who have at least one of the selected brands at their locations.

✅ If some brand(s) is deactivated, the assets with the brand assigned will still be limited by brand.
