If you no longer need a page connected to your PromoRepublic account, you can easily disconnect it by following these steps.
Method 1: Via Locations Menu
Access Locations by clicking on the top right-hand corner of your PromoRepublic account.
Tap Locations in the drop-down menu.
Find the specific location you need and click on the small gear icon next to its name.
Open location settings and find the section called Connected Pages and Teammates.
Disconnect the Page by tapping Actions.
Select Disconnect Page.
Method 2: Via Calendar
Access the Calendar by clicking on the calendar.
Tap the gear icon next to the page name you want to disconnect.
A window will open at the bottom.
Click on Go To Location Page.
This will direct you to the location settings with the same view as described above.
Disconnect the Page by tapping Actions.
Select Disconnect Page.
🔴 Permission Issues
You may not see the option to disconnect a page if your permission level in the location is insufficient. This is a common issue for multi-location owners and their members.
