We are sorry to know you want to leave! Follow these steps to cancel your PromoRepublic subscription.

  1. Access Account Settings by clicking on the top right corner of your PromoRepublic account.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. Navigate to Subscription & Billing by scrolling down to the bottom and find the Subscription & Billing section.

  4. Tap on Advanced Options.

  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

6. Clicking on Cancel Subscription will redirect you to the cancellation form.

  • Specify the reason for your cancellation. This information is important to us and may present various solutions depending on your feedback.

  • For example, if you select "Content that doesn't fit my needs," you will be asked additional questions.

  • Before submitting your request, note that you’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

7. Once your request is sent, we will process it on the same day (except on weekends) and provide you with confirmation.

⭕ Custom Plans

If you are subscribed to an Agency Annual, Customized, or Multi-Location plan, please reach out to your dedicated customer success manager directly or email us at [email protected].

Modify Your Subscription

If you'd prefer to modify your subscription instead of canceling, you can adjust your subscription plan to meet your business needs better. To do so, click on the Change Plan button in the settings.

🟢 Note: If you do not see the Cancel Subscription button, it may mean that you could have paid via PayPal invoicing or that the recurring payment has already been disabled per your earlier request. In this case, please contact your dedicated customer success manager directly or reach out to our support team.

We thank you for choosing PromoRepublic as your social media marketing partner and hope to hear from you soon.

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at [email protected].
