How to Cancel a Subscription

  1. Access Account Settings by clicking on the top right corner of your PromoRepublic account.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. Navigate to Subscription & Billing by scrolling down to the bottom. Find the Subscription & Billing section.

  4. Tap on Advanced Options -> Select Cancel Subscription.

5. Clicking on Cancel Subscription will redirect you to the cancellation form.

  • Please specify the reason for your cancellation. This information is important to us and may present various solutions depending on your feedback.

  • For example, if you select "Content that doesn't fit my needs," you will be asked additional questions.

  • Before submitting your request, note that you’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

6. Once your request is sent, we will process it on the same day (except on weekends) and send you a confirmation.


No Option to Cancel

Let's imagine a screnario that you do have a paid membership with us, but there is no Cancel Subscription button in your account settings as described above. What does it mean?

There might be several reasons for that: you might be subscribed to a custom plan,  the form of payment you used was custom rather than card or PayPal, you might use one account, but the paid account is different, you are a teammate of a paid account owner, etc.

Modify Your Subscription

If you'd prefer to modify your subscription instead of cancelling, you can adjust your subscription plan to better meet your business needs. To do so, click on the Change Plan button in the settings.


Refund Policy

Services are available on a pay-as-you-go basis and are charged at the start of your elected subscription term (generally monthly or annually). Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of its current subscription term, we will automatically renew your subscription based on your plan’s renewal cycle and will charge your credit card or other means of payment you use with the applicable renewal subscription fees.

Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to expiration thereof to avoid automatic renewal. PromoRepublic will send a reminder prior to the renewal subscription date. If you have not cancelled the subscription and have not avoided automatic renewal, you are not entitled to any refunds. To learn more, refer to our Terms of Service.
