Why is my subscription not active?

Your subscription could be inactive for various reasons. Some common causes include:

  • Declined payment,

  • Cancellation of the subscription,

  • Suspicion of illegal activities or violations of our Terms and Conditions. ​

Why was my credit card declined?

If your card payment was declined, you should receive an email notification. The most common reasons for declined payments are 'Insufficient funds' and 'Do Not Honor', which indicates that your bank is blocking the transaction. We recommend checking with your bank to resolve the issue. Additionally, you can try paying with a different card or with a PayPal option. In most cases, the latter is helpful.

Why is my account cancelled?

Your account may have been cancelled at your request, or it may have been inactive for more than 12 months since the last authorization on the website. We also reserve the right to block or cancel your subscription if you have provided false or incomplete information, are suspected of illegal activities, including fraud with bank cards, distribution of spam or malware, or haven't used your account for more than 12 months.
