When trying to log into PromoRepublic with email and password, you may encounter this issue: the system will prompt you to log in to Facebook.
It means your Facebook token has expired, regardless of whether you log in with your email and password or via Facebook. The solution is to click the blue "Log In To Facebook" button and follow the steps to permit SocialPost to access your Facebook account. Don't worry — we won't have access to your personal data, just your permission to publish posts on your Facebook and Instagram business pages. If the issue persists, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Business Integrations section by clicking on this URL.
Find SocialPost in the list of integrations.
Remove SocialPost by clicking the appropriate button.
If this doesn't help and you cannot log in, message us. We will reset the Facebook token on our end.
