Refund Policy

Can I get a refund?

If you decide to cancel your PromoRepublic account, you will retain access until the billing period is over, and you will not be charged again.

Free Trial and Payment

  • Per our Terms and Conditions, we do not require payment before the start of the trial.

  • If you pay a subscription fee at the start or during the trial period, your free 14-day trial period automatically expires, and you are not entitled to a refund.

Recurring Subscription Terms

  • Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis and is charged at the start of your elected subscription term, either monthly or annually.

  • Unless you cancel your subscription before the expiration of its current term, we will automatically renew it based on your plan’s renewal cycle.

  • We will charge your credit card or other means of payment you use with the applicable renewal subscription fees.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

  • Auto-Renewal:

    • Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 3 days before the expiration date to avoid automatic renewal.

    • PromoRepublic will send a reminder to the email address you used to register on the platform before the renewal subscription date.

  • Refund Policy:

    • If you do not cancel the subscription and it renews automatically, you are not entitled to any refunds.
