If you decide to cancel your PromoRepublic account, you will retain access until the billing period is over, and you will not be charged again.
Free Trial and Payment
Per our Terms and Conditions, we do not require payment before the start of the trial.
If you pay a subscription fee at the start or during the trial period, your free 14-day trial period automatically expires, and you are not entitled to a refund.
Recurring Subscription Terms
Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis and is charged at the start of your elected subscription term, either monthly or annually.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the expiration of its current term, we will automatically renew it based on your plan’s renewal cycle.
We will charge your credit card or other means of payment you use with the applicable renewal subscription fees.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 3 days before the expiration date to avoid automatic renewal.
PromoRepublic will send a reminder to the email address you used to register on the platform before the renewal subscription date.
Refund Policy:
If you do not cancel the subscription and it renews automatically, you are not entitled to any refunds.
