Local Ranking and Visibility Credits

Local Visibility and Local Ranking in PromoRepublic are based on credits. But don't worry, it's easy to figure out how many credits you have.

To calculate your credit number, you can use this simple formula:

1 (Number of Locations) * 4 (Number of Keywords) * 2 (Report Runs) * 4 (Number of Search Engines) = 32 Credits for one month.

The great thing is that the number of Locations in this formula isn't fixed. If you have more than one location, you'll get more credits! For example, if you have five locations, you'll get 160 credits for one month.

5 (Number of Locations) * 4 (Number of Keywords) * 2 (Report Runs) * 4 (Number of Search Engines) = 160 Credits.

Where can I see my Local Visibility Credits?

If you're wondering where to see your Local Visibility credits, don't worry – we've got you covered!

First, you can check your credit balance anytime by heading to your profile Settings and scrolling down to the Subscription & Billing section. This is the best place to monitor your credits and keep track of your usage.

We also want to make sure you never miss a beat, so we'll let you know when your credits are about to expire. You'll receive notifications on the Local Visibility Dashboard, Local Ranking Report, and Local Ranking Settings.

And finally, if you run out of credits and try to recalculate or run a report, you may encounter some restrictions. But no need to worry – we'll give you a heads-up with a modal of the limits you've reached for the month.

Important notes:

  • If you run out of your credit limit, don't worry – we have a plan in place to ensure you're covered.

  • If you exceed your credit limit, we'll temporarily stop parsing your report until the next billing period. But don't worry, when the next month rolls around, you'll get the same number of credits as before – as long as the number of your locations hasn't changed.

  • Usage is calculated per billing month from the date of the billing update to the current time. For example, if your plan was activated on December 20th, the billing update date will be the 20th of each month.

  • We want to ensure you have access to the information you need about credit limits. To help with this, we've set up some guidelines based on permissions.

  • You should only see your credit balance if you have permission to see billing information.

  • Similarly, if your account isn't connected to Local Ranking or Local Visibility, or if these features aren't available for your specific role, you won't be able to access credit limit information.
