There may be several reasons why your Facebook business page or group, or Instagram business page are not listed. Make sure that your Facebook profile is an Admin on the necessary page or group, and check if you're logged in to this profile at www.facebook.com in the same browser.

IMPORTANT:

It is not possible to connect a Facebook page if you are a Page Admin through inheritance from a parent page. In the Facebook page settings find the Page Roles section. If you see yourself listed under a section labelled "Admin (inherited from parent page)", then, unfortunately, you will not be able to connect this page to PromoRepublic. In order to fix it, assign the Admin role on the necessary page to the particular Facebook personal profile that you are going to associate with your PromoRepublic account.

If the issue persists, there are several scenarios of what can be done.

Navigate to the Business Integrations section by clicking on this URL, find SocialPost, and click on View and Edit.

It will trigger a pop-up window where you can find the pages you manage and tick the necessary ones.

Click Save and retry connecting the page in PromoRepublic.

If you didn't see any unticked pages, as shown above, re-set the Facebook token in your PromoRepublic account. Here is a guide on how to do it. Please follow it strictly in the order as the steps appear.

 1. In your PromoRepublic account, click on the top right corner, select Settings, and scroll down to the bottom. There you'll see the red Disconnect Facebook button. Hit on it.

If it's not clickable, create the password as shown in the screenshot below. After this, the button will be clickable.

2. Re-log into your PromoRepublic account. Sign out and log in back.

3. Re-try connecting the necessary page. Whether in the location settings or in the Calendar, click on the Connect button. Select Facebook.

Next, there will be a pop-up window asking you to authorize SocialPost. Click Continue as [your Facebook profile name].

Find the necessary page or feel free to select all of them. By selecting the pages, you give us permission to post there. But the actual posting can happen only if you connect the page in PromoRepublic's interface. So it's up to you how many pages to pick, but we suggest that you select all of them because sometimes it may affect the whole set of the token.

On the next step, click Done and leave the toggles activated.

Finish with the OK button.

4. Make a test post because it might bring up another pop-up. Tap Continue and then OK.

If you click on Choose What You Allow, you'll see the pages and groups ticked by default. We suggest that you leave it as it is. Giving permission to access your pages and groups doesn't mean that we will post there without your permission or that we want to access your data. The purpose is solely to set the connection. But if you insist on deselecting some pages, make sure that the Groups section is ticked, because it is mandatory. Otherwise, you won't be able to add pages.

If the issue persists, make sure that your Facebook profile has an Admin or Editor role on the desired page or that you have followed the listed steps strictly in the order given.
