What can you see in Statistics?

  • In the Statistics section, you can monitor your posts' engagement and other key metrics.

  • Statistics are available for Instagram business, Facebook business, LinkedIn personal and LinkedIn business, TikTok business and Pinterest business.

  • The data is updated once a day, so if you don't see the numbers yet, it means that the information hasn't been parsed yet, and you'll see it the next day.

  • You can see when the data was last updated at the top left, as pictured below.

  • You'll get unique statistics for each of your pages. At the top, you can choose a certain period of time for which you want the data, either the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or the last 3 months, as shown.

  • You can filter the numbers to see the posts' effectiveness by:

    • Most likes, most comments

    • Least likes, least comments

  • Organic and paid metrics, such as impressions, reach, clicks, link clicks, money spent, and cost per click, are presented separately.

  • To publish an efficient post again, click on the Repost button to the right. You'll be redirected to the post editor, where you can make edits, select or exclude pages, and more.

  • If you're looking for advanced reports, we have them! We encourage you to read about our advanced reporting in this guide
