How can this help?

  • GBP Performance reporting allows you to gather important information about how people search for your business on Google.

  • For example, if you’re trying to drive traffic to your online store, you’ll want to see most of your results in Search.

  • But if you’re looking to increase foot traffic, you’ll probably want to optimize for Maps.

  • This data provides insights into customer behaviour and helps you improve your online visibility.

How do you access the report?

👉 To get there, click on Analytics at the top right and select GBP Performance on the left.

☝️ Before you start:

  • Before diving into the numbers, select the time period for the report at the top right.

  • The data presented is compared to the data from the past period of the same duration.

  • For example, the number of days in a 7-day period will be compared to the previous 7-day period.

☝️ Important notes:

  • Searches are updated monthly. Other metrics are collected daily, but a refresh of the data may take 5 days to show up.

  • You can segment the pages, profiles, and locations in any way possible. After the segmentation is completed, you’ll see data for the selected segment.

  • Views and Interactions are also displayed for one selected Google Business profile.

  • By default, PromoRepublic shows data for the last 7 days, but you can set a date range and get insights on how people interact with your business on Google for a 6-month date range.

  • You can export this report in PDF by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right. Export data for each GBP connected to your PromoRepublic, including conversion rates from views to actions like calls. For example, you want to improve call conversions, directly impacting sales.

  • The exported file will show the top 10 keywords for each location based on search volume.

  • We have added Google search keywords to the GBP Performance dashboard in the Analytics.
