Exporting Google Business Profile (GBP) performance data provides valuable insights into how your business is performing across various metrics, including conversion rates from views to actions like calls. For example, you want to improve call conversions, directly impacting sales.
This guide will help you understand the steps and components involved in exporting your GBP data.
Overview of GBP Export Data
When you export GBP performance data, you receive a detailed CSV file containing various metrics. It includes information such as views, clicks, and keywords associated with your GBP pages. This data is essential for analyzing performance and making informed business decisions.
Steps to Export Data
Navigate to the Analytics section at the top left and Select GBP Performance Section.
Apply the necessary filters and choose the desired date range for your report.
Click on the 3 dots at the top right and select Export to CSV.
A prompt will appear asking you to enter the email address where you want to receive the data.
The data will be sent to the entered email address in CSV format.
Data Breakdown in the CSV
The exported CSV file includes the following columns and data points.

Data Availability: Historical data is available for up to 2 years.
Partial Data: You might receive partial data if the page token is disconnected.
Updates Delay: GBP view updates can take up to 5 days to appear.
Keyword Volume: Keywords with a volume of less than 15 do not have specific metrics displayed.
Empty Cells: Indicate that no data was parsed for the selected period.
N/A Fields: Certain fields might not be available or applicable due to parsing limits or disconnected page tokens.
