How can this help?
You can download Social Performance data with a page-by-page breakdown, considering the selected filters and date range. The export will be in CSV format and sent to your email. Follow the steps listed below to export the data.
Steps to Export Data
Navigate to the Analytics section at the top left.
Apply the necessary filters and choose the desired date range for your report.
Click on the 3 dots at the top right and select Export to CSV.
A prompt will appear asking you to enter the email address where you want to receive the data.
The data will be sent to the entered email address in CSV format.
Data Breakdown
The data includes a breakdown by page and total performance per metric for the selected period.
Historical data is available based on parsed posts from the page, but only up to a maximum of 2 years due to social network parsing limits.
You might receive partial data if the page token was disconnected or not.
Empty Cells and N/A Fields
Empty cells in the export indicate no data was parsed for the selected period.
N/A signifies that the data is unavailable for the social network's page.
The engagement rate will be empty if the total follower count is zero or the followers' metrics are not connected for the page type.
Following these guidelines, you can efficiently export and utilize your social performance data for better insights and analysis.
