How does this work?
Our updated Social Performance Analytics introduces aggregated reporting, which helps you understand your brand's performance across different channels.
To see Facebook analytic insights, click on Facebook on the left.
This will narrow down the data to all Facebook pages in all locations where you participate.
The maximum look-back period is 2 years. Therefore, you can't export analytics for a period older than 2 years.
Before exploring the numbers, click on the top right to select the time period you'd like to analyze.
What can you see in this report?
The report's information is divided into three sections: Overview, Content, and Audience. To learn about content performance metrics, navigate to this article.
Overview
For Facebook business pages, the Overview tab at the top shows metrics such as Audience Since Creation, Net Audience Growth, Engagement, and Impressions.

Engagement | Total active actions across all Facebook pages connected to your locations for the selected period, including prior period numbers and change. |
Impressions | The number of times your Facebook pages, accounts, and content were viewed across all social accounts connected to your locations for the selected period, including prior period numbers and changes. |

Videos, Links, Photos, Other | A total number of clicks for various content types across all selected Facebook Pages during the chosen timeframe. |

Audience
You can see the distribution of followers by age, gender, country and city across all selected locations with Facebook business pages for the timeframe based on tagged locations.
Data is collected and presented as a combined total for the selected timeframe.
Note that to receive demographics for a Facebook business page, you need at least 100 fans.
Facebook Groups
In Facebook group analytics, in the overview section, we cover only two metrics:

Net audience growth
We show the data for the period received until April 18. As per Facebook's API change on April 18, 2024, we can no longer access Facebook groups' data.
