Social Performance Analytics introduces:
Aggregated reporting that helps you understand your brand's performance across different channels.
Сonsolidated insights from all selected channels, making it easier to evaluate overall brand performance.
Ability to identify trends that may not be visible when analyzing individual channels separately.
Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to optimize brand strategies across multiple social media channels.
The report is divided into two sections: Overview and Content. In the current article, we'll guide you through the Overview section. Refer to this guide to learn about Content metrics.
What can you see in the Overview report?
Aggregated data: The report provides high-level aggregated data across all pages connected to all locations available in your account.
Access the report: To see it, click on Analytics at the top left, select Social Performance on the left and click on the Overview tab.
Select the time frames: Before diving into the numbers, select the period time frames for which you require the report at the top right.
Accumulated data: At the top of the page, there are four metrics with the accumulated data: Audience since creation, Audience growth, Engagement and Impressions. Keep reading to understand how the metrics are calculated.
Metric explanation: You can also hover over a small information icon to see the metric explanation.
Metric changes: The embedded index allows you to assess metric changes compared to a similar previous reporting period.
Visualization: The interactive graphics visualization makes it easier to compare the performance of specific channels.
Widgets: In the past, widgets mainly showed data trends and changes over time. Now, in addition to the trends, raw numbers have been included in the widget display. This provides a more complete view, allowing you to understand both the overall trend and the specific values at the same time.
This dual approach to visualization ensures a better understanding of the data.
