How can this help?

Are you looking for a way to manage multiple clients and locations on social media? Look no further! With the Location Leaderboard, you can:

  • Organize pages and members for your organization by grouping them.

  • Track and compare how your locations are performing on social media.

  • Share access to the leaderboard with team members and make informed decisions based on performance.

How does it work?

  • Click on the top right-hand corner and select Locations in the drop-down menu.

  • Select the necessary time frames for the period for which you need the data.

  • Use such filters as Tags, Country, State, and City if needed.

What can you see in the Location Leaderboard?

  • The Location Leaderboard structure is based on the information about the locations, such as:

    • Location name and address

    • Pages connected

    • Number of posts made for the selected period

    • Social engagement for the selected period

    • Average star rating for the selected period

    • Average local ranking

    • Number of reviews

    • Country

  • Essential data displays your business health:

    • You can see the number of posts made, the rate of social engagement, and the average star rating.

    • With the Average Local Rating metric, as a franchisor, you can get valuable insight. Navigate to the Local Visibility analytics section to find out more.

  • With the Number of Reviews metric, you can easily monitor the number of reviews for each of your locations received during the selected period.

  • You can quickly switch to the Calendar and Settings from the Location Leaderboard by clicking on the necessary icon.

  • Suppose you have more than 30 locations on the list, and it might not be very easy to find the necessary one. Filters are at your service!

    • You can filter your locations by tags, country, state, or city.

    • Clicking on Filter will open a drop-down list of countries, states, cities, and tags from your locations list.

    • If there are pages from a few countries in one location, the desired location will be displayed if at least one of the countries is selected.

    • ⭕ IMPORTANT: Location Filters are available for Locations with Active Location Settings only. Check here for instructions on how to activate the location settings. If there are no locations with active location settings in your Location list, the drop-down menu will not be available.

  • Invite teammates in bulk for the selected locations.

  • Add Location in just one minute. You only need to fill out the Location Name, Industry, and Country.

  • Find the location you need quickly and easily with the Search field at the top, allowing you to search by both Name and Address.

  • You can export the data in a CSV document. Simply select the desired period and download the file with all the information you need. It is a convenient way to get complete information about your locations.

Important notes:

  • If you have more than 2100 locations, we won’t display Engagement and Average Star Rating, but you can see it in the downloaded CSV file.

  • If your role in our system is Multi-location business, we should show you the locations list as a home page.

  • We will hide the Engagement and Average Star Rating columns from the Location List if you cannot see the Social Performance and Reputation Insights Dashboards.
