Performance Overview
Performance Overview is a type of report that provides you with high-level aggregated data across all pages and accounts connected to all workspaces available in your network. To see it, click on Dashboard at the top left and select Social Performance in the drop-down menu.
Performance Overview is the first place to look at to better understand the company’s cumulative growth in social audience, social engagement, and social impressions for a particular time period. So don't select to pick it before diving into the numbers.
🔸 What can you see in this report? 🔸
Aggregated Audience Growth, Engagement, and Impressions allow you to gauge the marketing performance as a whole and also evaluate the influence of each social channel in a cohort.
The embedded index allows you to assess metric changes compared to a similar previous reporting period.
The interactive visualization of graphics makes it easier to compare the performance of specific channels.
In addition, to better align with your goals, you can export the Performance Overview report and share it with your colleagues in PDF format. If you require the data in CSV format, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, they will be happy to assist you.

🔸 Dashboard data availability and limitations 🔸
Only users from headquarters can access the Dashboard page.
Due to the high volume of data and different time zones of connected pages, the data is not shown in real time. The processing and delivery of the data show a 48-hour delay. The data look-back period is one year.
