As the platform super admin and the white label owner, you can access the Content Hub settings, where you can manage the post ideas and campaigns, keep your content distribution consistent, set up locations in bulk, and more. If you require access to the Content Hub, please contact your Success Manager.
In order to open the CH settings, click on the top right-hand corner and select it in the drop-down list.
Here is a typical set of functionalities that you can see within the Content Hub Settings.

How to bind a template with an event?
☝️ Before binding templates to an event, it's important to save the event first. After the event is saved, navigate to the list of templates, create or find the desired one that you want to bind with the event.
👉 Keep in mind that if the event has multiple countries selected, you'll need to specify each country separately when creating a template. This ensures that the template is correctly associated with the appropriate countries for the event.

What format is better?
What format is better?
When it comes to uploading images, it's important to choose the right format. Here are some guidelines to help you decide:
JPEG is a great choice for photos with many colours and no transparency. It works well for background images.
PNG is a good option for images with transparent elements and up to 5 colours. It's often used for logos.
SVG is a vector format that's ideal for objects in the Graphic Editor. It allows you to enlarge objects without losing quality, and change their colour. However, we recommend using PNG or JPEG instead of SVG for images with more than 5 colours.
Important tips
Important tips
🟨 Please note the following important nuances when uploading the objects.
Objects that you upload should be in a format suitable for social media channels.
Objects must be cut from the template's general vector composition (.ai file) to create a single SVG file.
SVG objects, when exporting, should be cut at the borders.
SVG should not include PNG, JPEG, and other formats.
The app does not support the stroke attribute on SVG object elements.
You cannot upload SVG elements with transparency, as the end user won't be able to remove this transparency later. If you want to make an object semi-transparent in the composition, use the opacity option in the editor.
Quality requirements
Quality requirements
🟨 Please note the following quality requirements.
When you upload the object, monitor what was uploaded in the Content Hub and how it looks in the Graphics Editor while using the object.
Deactivate old objects.
When you upload the object, avoid dark colours. Use corporate or bright colours instead. Users can adjust the SVG object colour in the Graphic Editor.
Avoid duplicates.
Do not upload pictures with text. It will not be possible to edit it.
Avoid complex SVG files with many waves and elements. They take a long time to render in users' browsers because of the large amount of information.
Regional permissions
Regional permissions
Organisation super admins and other admins can manage all objects in the Graphics Editor Objects. If you have a structure that includes regional admins, we can set up the permissions to allow them to manage the objects available to their region. They can create and share objects and add or edit objects in the regional library. All other organisation members can copy the objects from the libraries available within the regions or upload their own objects.
Once you have a structure with regional objects, you will see the section with Your Objects, where you can find objects for your region(s). In the 'Your Objects' section, you can create new objects, and filter them by category (folder), regions, countries and activity status of the object. You can activate and deactivate objects in bulk.
In the Shared Objects section, you can see the objects for other regions. You cannot make any changes to the objects. You can copy the objects to your regional assets and make all changes there.
To give a team member permissions to manage regional objects, please contact your Customer Success Manager. To set up the regional permissions, we would need to know the email address of the person who requires access and which region they need to be connected to.
If the regions are not set, you would need to provide us with the list of countries to be included in the region, as well as the list of managers working with that region’s content. Regional permissions are the same for both Templates and Objects Sections.
