Click Instagram Business on the page selection screen:

Since Instagram connection is managed through Facebook, you'll be prompted to authenticate with your personal Facebook profile. Make sure you're logged in to the right Facebook profile in the same browser and continue:

Select the relevant pages or businesses. We recommend selecting Opt In To All (current and future pages/businesses/Instagram accounts) on every step when it's prompted — this ensures you grant full permissions for connection, messaging, analytics, and publishing across all your accounts:
⚠️ Selecting Opt In to All doesn't mean all your pages will get connected automatically. You'll still choose which accounts to connect to the platform at the end of the connection process.
Step 4
Once you've completed the Facebook authentication steps, a pop-up will appear listing your available Instagram accounts. Search and select the account you'd like to connect and click Connect:
✅ Once connected, your Instagram account will appear in the Calendar section and your location settings.
