How can I subscribe to PromoRepublic?

We are happy to know that you've decided to join our PromoRepublic family!

Once the free 14-day trial expires, you might want to subscribe. To do that, click on the top right corner and select Pricing in the drop-down menu.

Based on your needs and goals, you can choose between Small Business, Agency, and Multi-Location plans.

As a small business owner, you might be interested in the Small Business plan. As a freelancer or an agency, you'd instead prefer the Agency one. This is a collaboration solution that would suit you better. Check this article and see what features are included in each plan. 

Once you pick a plan, you will then be forwarded to the purchase page, where you can also enter a promo code if you have one. We will ask you to choose the payment method and provide us with all the required information.

If you choose Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), please enter the credit card number, date of expiration, CVV code, and click on Purchase.

Next, you might receive a confirmation notification either on your mobile device or there'll be a pop-up on the desktop. It is essential that you confirm the payment (the example below).

For PayPal, sign in to your PayPal account, choose a card or add a new one, and click Proceed to Payment.

Once it is settled, a receipt will be sent automatically to the mail address that you shared earlier, along with the card details. It is suggested to share the same email address that you used upon sign-up. This way, it will be easier for us to find the necessary info on your account when needed.

If a receipt doesn't work for you and you require an invoice, send us a request. We will create a pdf invoice for you.

If the payment is declined, you will see an error at the bottom of the purchase page. We don't display the reason for the decline, so you need to contact us and we'll be more than happy to help you.

Some plans qualify for invoiced payment, where PromoRepublic will issue an invoice payable via wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

For payments from EU companies, we would require a VAT number.
