Overview
AI-powered responses help you reply to customer reviews quickly and consistently. This feature automatically generates appropriate responses based on review content and your brand voice.
Where to find AI Responses?
Navigate to Reputation Manager in the top bar.
Sort reviews by the 'Unreviewed first' filter.
AI-generated responses appear automatically for unresponded reviews.

Response Management Options
Approve and Reply
Use this option when AI response matches your intended reply.
Once clicked, the reply is automatically sent to the review platform.
2. Edit Response
Use this option when the response needs minor adjustments.
Click on the wand icon, then Edit; modify text as needed and send the edited version.
3. Rewrite Response
Use this option when the AI response doesn't match your needs.
Click on the wand icon, then Rewrite. You can rewrite it multiple times until you are satisfied with the text suggestion.
4. Reject Response
Use this option when you prefer to write the reply manually. Feel free to use AI Assist for additional help if needed.
Handy tips:
Before sending the suggested text, read it carefully. Verify if the response addresses the reviewer's specific points, ensure the tone matches your brand voice and check for any factual inaccuracies.
We encourage you to personalise responses for detailed reviews and use standard responses for simple star-only reviews, with no text.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all replies and try to respond within 24-48 hours when possible.
Troubleshooting Issues
AI responses are not appearing
Verify that AI Composer is enabled in your account or in your white labelled platform. Contact your Success Manager for activation if it's not enabled.
Clear the browser cache and refresh the page.
2. Response quality issues
Use the Rewrite option to generate alternatives.
Edit responses to better match your voice.
Provide feedback to improve future AI suggestions.
3. Language or translation problems
Verify if the review language is correct. The default preset AI language for the auto-replies is English.
Use 'Edit' to make manual corrections.
The platform's interface language does not affect the generation of responses, because the AI writes a response based on the detected language of the review.
When it is just a star rating with no text or there are just emojis in the text, then a response will also be generated in English.
