What Is the AI Assistant?

PromoRepublic’s AI Assistant is designed to help franchise and multi-location businesses manage your local marketing more efficiently. It is integrated into social publishing, analytics, and review management.

How can it help?

✅ It helps with writing post captions that match your brand tone.

✅ It generates replies to your Google and Facebook reviews.

✅ It can easily summarise key performance insights (e.g., engagement drops).

✅ It can share recommendations on what to post, improve, or fix — based on actual data and your request.

How Does It Work?

The AI Assistant analyses your platform data, including published posts, performance metrics, reviews, and account structure, along with your user role, permissions, and brand configuration to generate helpful suggestions.

It uses OpenAI GPT-4 to process your prompt text and return a real-time response tailored to your specific context. All prompts and replies respect your access level, workflow settings, and brand guidelines.

🛎️ Important: AI features are tied to your enabled platform modules.

  • For example, if your account does not include the Reviews module, the AI Assistant cannot assist with review replies.

  • Similarly, if you do not have access to Social features, the AI Assistant will not offer caption suggestions.

Also, feature visibility is determined by your billing plan and user permissions. If a feature is missing, it may be disabled for your account or role. Contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm access or request an upgrade.

How to Get Started?

  1. Log in to your PromoRepublic or your White Label account.

  2. Look for the AI Assistant button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  3. Use the available prompts, such as:

    1. “Generate caption”

    2. “Generate reply to my last review”

    3. “Why did my engagement drop last week?”

  4. Review and edit the output before publishing.

💡 Tips for Better Results:

  • Use your usual campaign info or local context in prompts.

  • Keep your content templates, tone-of-voice settings, and location details up to date.

  • Use the suggestions as a starting point.

🛎️ Important Limitations

👉 AI-generated outputs may contain mistakes. Always review suggestions before publishing or sending responses.

👉 AI does not replace human oversight. It’s a tool to assist, not automate judgment.

👉 Do not enter or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health or ethnicity) in prompts.

👉 Responses are only as good as the data available. If your location doesn’t have recent posts or reviews, the Assistant may provide limited suggestions.

What About Data Privacy?

  • All AI prompts and responses are processed securely.

  • We use stateless APIs. It means that OpenAI does not retain or train on your data.

  • All logs are stored only inside PromoRepublic for performance improvements and support.

  • The AI Assistant also pulls information from our Help Center and your brand configuration (tone, templates, assets) to provide accurate suggestions.
