In PromoRepublic, you can connect personal LinkedIn profiles and company pages. ⚠️ Posting to LinkedIn groups is not supported.
How to Connect a Company Page
⚠️ To connect a company page, your LinkedIn profile must have the Super Admin role on that page.
Step 1
Initiate page connection in your Calendar or Location Settings as described here.
Click LinkedIn on the page selection screen:

Authenticate by entering your credentials and logging into your LinkedIn account:

Once done, select the desired page from the dropdown. If you have multiple pages, use the search bar to find it faster.
Guidance on Requirements
To connect a company page, your LinkedIn profile must have the Super Admin role on that page. Here's how to check:
1️⃣ Open www.linkedin.com on your computer.
2️⃣ Click your profile picture at the top, then find your page under the Manage section in the dropdown:
3️⃣ This will open your page view. In the left-hand menu, click Settings at the bottom, then Manage Admins on the right:
4️⃣ Here you'll see everyone who has access to the page and their roles. You'll need at least the Super Admin role to connect the page — but keep in mind that even if Content Admin is enough for publishing, we recommend going with Super Admin. Why? Because LinkedIn tokens expire regularly, and reconnecting the page down the line will require Super Admin access anyway.
How to Connect a Profile
Connecting a personal LinkedIn profile follows the same process as described above — the only requirement is having your login credentials.
If you run into any trouble, open www.linkedin.com in a separate tab and log in there first to make sure your credentials are correct and your profile is active. Then retry connecting it to PromoRepublic.
✅ You can connect multiple personal LinkedIn profiles to one PromoRepublic account, as long as you have the login credentials for each.
