Campaign assets are reusable content templates that HQ makes available to franchisees during a campaign. Unlike tasks (which have a fixed publish date), assets are available throughout the campaign window for franchisees to use whenever they want.
Think of campaign assets as a curated library folder for a specific promotion — HQ puts approved creative in, and franchisees pick what fits their location.
For franchisees: Finding and using campaign assets
Campaign assets are in your Asset Manager, under a Campaigns section in the folder sidebar. Each active campaign you're enrolled in that has available assets appears here.
To use an asset:
Open Asset Manager and find the campaign in the sidebar.
Browse the available templates.
Click Use on the one you want.
The post editor opens pre-filled with the asset's content.
Choose your pages, adjust text or media if needed, set your schedule, and save.
The post is created on your account and linked to the campaign for HQ reporting purposes.
Note: Not all campaigns appear in the sidebar. A campaign only shows up if it's currently active (or scheduled) and has assets that match your location's settings. If you expect to see a campaign and don't, the campaign may not have started yet, or HQ may not have added assets yet.
For HQ: Adding assets to a campaign
From the Campaign View, go to the Assets tab and click Add Asset.
You have two options:
Create new — Opens the asset editor in campaign mode. Fill in the title, description, and media. Language and time frame filters are optional (see below). Save, and the asset is immediately available to enrolled franchisees.
Copy from library — Search your existing asset library and select a template to copy into the campaign. A new copy is created — editing it won't affect the original or any other campaign's version.
Asset filters
Within a campaign, you can set additional filters on individual assets:
Language — Limit an asset to locations with a specific language setting. Useful if you have bilingual campaigns and need to serve different creative to different locations.
Time frame — Set an available-from and available-until date within the campaign window. For example, an "early bird" asset that's only relevant in the first two weeks of a month-long campaign.
Assets with no filters are visible to all enrolled locations for the full campaign duration.
What's not included in campaign mode
When creating or editing a campaign asset, the Country and Brand filters are not shown — those are handled by the campaign's targeting settings. The asset editor in campaign mode is intentionally simplified.
Removing assets from a campaign
From the Campaign View, find the asset and select Delete.
If the asset was created specifically for this campaign (not copied from the library), it will be deactivated and removed from the Asset Manager. It's still accessible for campaign reporting but won't show up in browsing.
To permanently delete an asset, do so from the Asset Manager directly.
