Insights in the Mobile App

Keeping a pulse on your social performance can be a struggle when you’re on the go. By accessing PromoRepublic Insights in the mobile app, you can stay informed on timely metrics no matter where you are!

Once you log into the app, at the bottom, find the stats icon beside gear and plus icons. You'll see that the Insights section is divided into 3 view types: week, month, 3 months. The weekly view is set by default, but you can feel free to switch between them and see the analytics for the chosen period.

To get more information about Impressions and Engagement simply click on the widget.

What information can you find in the Insights section?

This is statistics data for all pages connected to workspaces that you have access to. It is not presented per page as it does on the desktop version.

Total Audience - The total number of fans and followers gained across all social pages and accounts connected to workspaces available at your network for the selected reporting period.

Total Change - The variation of social media users gained across all social pages and accounts connected to the workspaces available in your network compared to the previously selected reporting period.

Total Impressions - The number of times the content from all pages and accounts connected to the workspaces in your network was viewed by social media users for the selected reporting period.

We show impressions for a set period and equal period before it. For example, 11 Nov - 17 Nov data is compared to the period between 4 Nov 2021 and 10 Nov 2021. Note that we do not collect data for the current day in the counting.

Total Engagement - The number of various active actions that were taken by social media users across pages and accounts connected to the workspaces available in your network for the selected reporting period.

Impressions

Total Impressions - The number of times the content from all pages and accounts connected to the workspaces in your network was viewed by social media users for the selected reporting period.

Average number of Impressions - The total impressions divided by the period analyzed.

Facebook Page Impressions - The number of times the content from all Facebook pages connected to the workspaces in your network was viewed by other Facebook users for the selected reporting period.

Linkedin Impressions - The number of times the content from all LinkedIn company pages connected to the workspaces in your network was viewed by other LinkedIn users for the selected reporting period.

Pinterest Impressions - The number of times the content from all Pinterest accounts connected to the workspaces in your network was viewed by other Pinterest users for the selected reporting period.

Instagram Impressions - The number of times the content from all Instagram Business accounts connected to the workspaces in your network was viewed by other Instagram users for the selected reporting period.

In addition to the metrics and their dynamics, the user will see a short hint on how to improve them.

Engagement

Total Engagement - The number of various active actions that were taken by social media users across connected pages and accounts connected to the workspaces available in your network for the selected reporting period.

Average number of actions - The total engagement divided by the period analyzed.

LinkedIn Engagement - The number of actions taken with content published on all LinkedIn company pages connected to the workspaces available in your network for the selected reporting period.

Pinterest Engagement - The number of actions taken with content published on all Pinterest accounts connected to the workspaces available in your network for the selected reporting period.

Instagram Engagement - The number of actions taken with content published on all Instagram Business accounts connected to the workspaces available in your network for the selected reporting period.

Twitter Engagement - The number of actions taken with content published on all Twitter accounts connected to the workspaces available in your network for the selected reporting period.

In addition to the metrics and their dynamic, you will see a short hint on how to improve them.

A few notes:

  • You can access Detailed Impressions and Insights only from the Insights section.

  • Currently, there is no option to divide the data per page or workspace.

  • 3 months is equal to 12 weeks.
