How to Post Facebook Reels Using PromoRepublic

Facebook Reels are an effective way to engage your audience with short-form video content. It is an interactive type of content that aims to perform better. We recommend having a mix of content, with reels as a part of it.

PromoRepublic makes it easy to create, customize, and schedule Reels at scale to be published on your Facebook business pages. Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Access the Create Post Section

  1. Log in to your PromoRepublic account.

  2. Navigate to the Create Post section.

  3. Select the Facebook Page(s) where you want to post your Reel.

Step 2: Upload Your Video

  1. Upload the necessary video, keeping in mind the following video specifications.

    • Video Specifications:

      • Minimum frame rate: 30 FPS

      • Duration: 3 to 90 seconds

      • Resolution: Minimum 540x960, recommended 1080x1920 or greater

      • Aspect ratio: 9:16

    • Note that you can also choose a video from the Post Ideas library.

Step 3: Add a Caption

  1. Type a message or caption in the text box above the video. Make sure your caption is engaging and relevant to the video content.

Step 4: Set Up Approval Workflow (Optional)

  1. If you need approval before publishing, toggle the Propose for approval option.

Step 5: Schedule Your Reel

  1. To schedule your Reel, click on the Schedule button. You can also add a label for future tracking by selecting it when scheduling your post.*

  2. Select the date and time you want the Reel to be published.

  3. Alternatively, you can choose to Publish Now or Add to Queue for later posting.

*When scheduling posts, you can add labels to keep your content organized and track its performance in the future.

πŸ‘‰ You cannot tag Facebook pages or profiles while publishing a Facebook Reel. The page name will be plain text, and it won't be clickable.

πŸ‘‰ Facebook Reels cannot be scheduled on behalf of groups or personal profiles. The reel's author will be the business page to which you're posting it.

πŸ‘‰ While you can post to multiple pages, we recommend creating unique content for each page to maintain engagement and relevance.
