Since we don't support direct posting to Instagram, we created the app by means of which your posts will be forwarded to Instagram with you involved in the process.

So, how does it work? Pretty simple! Follow the guide bellow.

1. To start off, connect your Instagram page with PromoRepublic. Make sure that you are logged in to this Instagram account at www.instagram.com in the same browser on your computer.

2. Download PromoRepublic app from AppStore for iOS or Play Market for Android OS on your phone. If you updated your iOS to the 13th version, please install this application and delete the previous one if you downloaded it before.

Log in with the same method and credentials that you use to get into your PromoRepublic account on desktop.

You may know already that there are two ways you can log in PromoRepublic: with an email/password or Facebook. To avoid any access issues, please mind this minor but very important step. Otherwise the app won't let you sign in with Facebook, if you originally used email and password for desktop authorization. Or vice versa.

3. Go back to your computer and schedule a post.

No worries, you don't have to remember time and date that you have scheduled the post for! You will receive a notification on your cell phone when it is time for it to be published.

4. After you get such a reminder, click it or open the app and accomplish all the required steps to send post to your Instagram feed*. Check one of these guides to know in details how to actually publish your post through Android or iOS of PromoRepublic app.

*In order to publish the caption, tap and hold the text field, then Paste the text.

You can also schedule a post to several Instagram accounts simultaneously, but you will get notifications for each post separately. Also you will have to switch your accounts in the Instagram app.

Once we have Instagram approval, long awaited autopost with PromoRepublic will become real.
