🚀 Connecting your Google Business Profile (GBP) to PromoRepublic allows you manage, schedule, and publish posts directly to your Google listing, monitor its performance, and respond to reviews — all from one place.
Requirements
1️⃣ Only verified Google Business Profile locations can be connected to PromoRepublic. Learn how to create and verify your business location on Google.
2️⃣ The Google account you're using for connection must be the Owner of the Google Business Profile, or have at least Manager access.
How to Connect Your GBP
Step 1
Initiate page connection in your Calendar or the Location Settings as described here, and select Google Business Profile:
Step 2
Make sure to select the correct Google account with the appropriate access level and proceed with authorization.
Step 3
During authorization, make sure to grant and accept all the necessary permissions for page connection, messaging, analytics, and more.
Step 4
Once authorization is complete, you'll be redirected back to the platform. Select your Google Business Profile from the list and click Connect.
🔧 Common Troubleshooting
If you've completed authorization but no Google Business Profiles are available at the end of the process, use this checklist to diagnose the issue:
Initiate the connection and make sure you selected the correct Google account at the start of the authorization process.
Make sure you granted all requested permissions — partial authorization will prevent the connection.
Verify you have at least Manager access to the Google Business Profile you're trying to connect.
