Once your account registration is completed, the important step is to connect your social media pages because this is where the journey starts. With no pages connected you can't see the reporting data in dashboards, no messages, comments, and reviews in the inbox, collaborate with your team or clients. Here's a simple guide on how to connect a page:
1. Either in the Calendar or in the workspace settings find the Connect Page button
2. Select the necessary platform within the supported ones, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
3. It'll trigger the permission box. Please authorize the app so we can post on your behalf.
3. Pick the page from the drop-down menu.
If the necessary page is not listed, then depending on the social platform reasons can differ.
Make sure that you're logged into the Facebook personal profile on www.facebook.com that is assigned the Admin or Editor role on the necessary business page or group that you want to connect. If the issue persists, head over to this article.
Please note that you can connect Pinterest boards, but not the whole Pinterest account. Check if at least one board is created or that you are logged into the correct Pinterest account in case you have several. More details can be found here.
Google Business Profile

Once the first page is added, in order to connect another one, hit on the Plus icon or the Connect More button on the right in the Calendar.
