Why connect a page?
Once your account registration is completed, the essential step is to connect your social media pages because this is where the journey starts! With no pages connected, you can't see the reporting data in Analytics, no messages and comments in Inbox, no reviews in Reputation Manager, you can't collaborate with your team or clients, etc.
How to connect a page
There are two ways to connect a page: in the Calendar or in the Location settings.
As a one-location franchisee, you might have one location. At the top, click Publishing -> Calendar -> Connect Page.
2. Select the channel from the supported ones: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and TikTok.
3. It'll trigger the permission box. Please authorise the app, so we can post on your behalf.
Usually, it will say SocialPost, but sometimes it can say PromoRepublic.
This is a very important step! If you miss some of the permissions, it might affect the posting ability.

4. Pick the desired page from the drop-down menu. Feel free to use the search to find it faster.
Once the first page is added, to connect another one:
In the Calendar, click the Plus icon or the Connect More button on the right.
In the location settings, tap Connect More Pages.
👉 It is not possible to connect pages in bulk, but one by one.
Important:
Once a page is added to a specific location, you can't connect it to another one. One page can be within one location.
If you participate in a location as a teammember, pages within there are considered yours, which are counted towards the total page limit of your account membership plan.
The number of locations to create or participate in is unlimited, but not the number of pages.
When subscribing to a particular plan, you are given a specific number of pages to connect. A newly added page to any location decreases the total page limit. For example, within the Agency plan, the page limit is 30. If you add one page to any location, there will be 29 pages left to add.
Troubleshooting
If the necessary page is not listed, then depending on the social channel, the reasons can differ. We listed the most common ones below.
Make sure you're logged into the Facebook personal profile on www.facebook.com that is assigned the Admin or Editor role on the business page you want to connect. If the issue persists, head over to this article.
Pay attention to what type of Instagram account you're trying to connect: business, creator, or personal. Depending on this, the reasons may differ.
Please note that you can connect Pinterest boards, but not the whole Pinterest account. Check if at least one board is created, or that you are logged into the correct Pinterest account (in case you have several). More details can be found here.
