Introductionย

List View is a feature designed to give you an overview of all your posts within the platform from the locations in which you participate. It helps you manage and organize your content efficiently, allowing you to easily track, approve, and filter posts.

๐Ÿ‘‰ It saves you time because you don't have to switch back and forth between locations. Previously, you could see the pages' content per location. Now, you will see just one feed of all the posts you have pre-scheduled on one page for all of your locations and work from one interface.

Key Advantages

โœ… Post Overview

  • Scheduled Posts -ย View all posts scheduled to go live at a future date and time. It also includes drafts of posts prescheduled but not set live.

  • Posts for Approval -ย See posts that require approval before being published.

  • Posts on Hold -ย Access posts that are currently on hold and not yet approved.

  • Failed Posts -ย Identify posts that failed to publish and need to be reposted.

โœ… Post Details

  • See the locations where each post is scheduled to be published.

  • Check for comments on the posts and view them directly in the interface.

โœ… Post Actions

  • Approve posts directly from the List View.

  • Reject posts that you do not wish to publish.

  • Preview the content of posts before approving or rejecting them.

โœ… Filtering and Segmentation

  • Filter posts based on various criteria such as date, status, and location.

  • Use advanced segmentation to view posts from different parts of the organization.

Using the List View

๐Ÿ‘‰ Before you start using the List View feature, click on the Publishing section at the top and select List View in the drop-down menu.

๐Ÿ‘‰ There, you will see all your posts displayed in a table format, showing details like the post title, status, scheduled date, and location. Click on any post to view more details or take action.

Filtering Posts

Use filtering options at the top of List View to narrow down your search. You can filter by date, status (scheduled, for approval, on hold, failed), and other criteria relevant to your needs. For example, segment out locations to see certain brands or certain pages.ย

Approving and Rejecting Posts

To approve a post, open the 'For Approve' tab on the left and click on the Approve button next to the necessary post. This will move it to the 'Scheduled' section and set it for publication.

To reject a post, simply click on the Reject button next to the Approve one. You can provide a reason for rejection if necessary.

Managing Comments

If there is a comment on a rejected or any other type of post, you can see the comment by clicking on the appropriate icon on the right. Click on the icon to view and respond to comments directly from the List View.

Reposting Failed Posts

In the Failed section, there are posts that weren't published. Due to some technical specifics, we don't show the reason for the post failure in the platform's interface, but we can see such information on our end, so feel free to reach out to us to find out why the post failed.
